Comprehensive Compliance & Improvement Program - Mastering GMA

This workshop is designed to help centres understand and implement best practices for playground safety and outdoor play, focusing on critical safety standards such as falling spaces, swing free space requirements, and more. While I provide thorough audits and guidance based on my extensive training, please note that I am not a certified engineer and cannot offer formal certification.

The program includes:

  • Initial Playground Safety Audit: A review of your playground’s current safety standards, identifying areas for improvement based on safety guidelines for fall zones, free spaces, and equipment placement.

  • Full-Day Workshop: Covering essential playground safety topics, including how to meet safety requirements for outdoor equipment and create safe, engaging outdoor play environments. Practical strategies for ensuring compliance and minimizing risks will be shared.

  • Two Follow-Up Visits: These visits monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure playground safety standards are being effectively implemented and maintained.

  • Online Debrief & Sharing Session: A final session to review changes, share feedback, and discuss strategies for continuous safety improvement.

Premises and Facilities Compliance Workshop - creating safe & compliant spaces

This in-depth workshop is designed to help your centre meet all the requirements of the PF (Premises and Facilities) licensing criteria. It includes:

  • Initial Facility Review: An assessment of your centre’s current compliance with PF criteria, identifying key areas for improvement in building safety, space design, and outdoor environments.

  • Full-Day Workshop: Focused on practical steps to ensure compliance, this workshop covers critical areas such as equipment safety, space design, hygiene, and emergency preparedness. Learn how to maintain safe, functional, and engaging spaces for children while meeting Ministry of Education standards.

  • Two Follow-Up Visits: Ongoing support to monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure that all premises and facilities meet safety and regulatory standards.

  • Online Debrief & Sharing Session: A final session to reflect on improvements, share success stories, and make any necessary adjustments to maintain long-term compliance.
