OUR FOUNDER

Mandy has been a Fairy Godmother for most of her life. She has an incredible passion for helping people finding ways to accomplish their dreams. However big or wild a dream is - with her help they discover strengths, skills and resources within themselves that they hadn’t even thought about yet.

Mandy brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education (ECE), both in New Zealand and overseas. Having been a teacher, manager, and business owner, she understands the industry inside and out, from every perspective. Mandy holds New Zealand Teaching Qualifications with full registration, along with credentials in Business, Management, and Coaching. Known for her "fairy godmother" approach, she uses her vast experience and expertise to empower centers and teams, turning challenges into opportunities with practical solutions that make a real difference. Mandy also provides services through the Regional Business Partners Network and donates her time with Business Mentors New Zealand, continuing to extend her support to others. For the last three years, she has delivered outstanding results as a SELO provider, all while offering direct, hands-on assistance to help centers thrive.
